Best Digital Transformation Implementation Collaboration

This award rewards collaborative efforts in digital transformation project implementation, whereby the company who has undergone the transformation worked collaboratively with an external organisation leading to exceptional project results. The details of the collaboration must have been executed or ongoing over the last 18 months.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Background: Please provide a brief background of the organisations involved, the digital transformation project collaborated on, key team members including skills and expertise and any project budget and timeline where relevant.
• Collaboration: Outline how collaboration was successfully embedded into the challenge, including details of initiative, leadership and creativity shown by team members.
• Execution & Challenges: Describe how the brief was fulfilled, using a clear execution plan, detailing key milestones and high level actions, and including any challenges/obstacles faced and how the collaborators worked together to overcome them.
• Outcomes & Results: Summarise the outcomes of the project, detailing the benefits to the company who underwent the transformation, and how collaboration successfully influenced the outcome.
• Supporting facts & statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support the entry, including testimonials where possible.
