Best Sustainable Digital Transformation

This award recognises the organisations that have successfully implemented digital transformation projects with a strong commitment to sustainability. This category honours those who have demonstrated exceptional dedication to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors, showcasing how digital innovation can drive positive impact and align with broader sustainability goals.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Organisation background: Please provide a brief description of the organisation such as when it was established, the number of employees, services provided and relevant industry achievements. Please also outline your organisation's sustainability goals and how this digital transformation project helped to deliver them.
• Strategy Overview: Detail how the sustainable digital transformation project was developed, key team members involved, its core objectives, and evidence of board level commitment.
• Implementation: Provide an overview of how the sustainable digital transformation was implemented highlighting key milestones, timelines, technologies or solutions adopted, as well as any innovative approaches used during implementation. Provide evidence of the consideration of the ESG factors associated with the project.
• Key Challenges: Please highlight any project challenges /obstacles that were experienced and how they were overcome.
• Outcomes & Results: Highlight the key achievements and measurable outcomes of the sustainable digital transformation including ESG-specific metrics used to measure project success.
