Most Innovative Transformation

This award recognises the business that can demonstrate the best use of innovation in a digital transformation project over the last 18 months.

Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Background: Please outline and describe how your company has used innovative technologies, strategies, and processes in your digital transformation project.
• Implementation & Innovation: Please demonstrate the innovative nature of the transformation project, the driver for innovation, and how it was achieved.
• Key Challenges: Please highlight any project challenges that were experienced and how they were overcome.
• Impact: Please demonstrate the measurable impact of using innovation in this project.
• Supporting facts & statements: Include any other facts or statements that you feel are relevant to support your entry.
