EY Ireland has been shortlisted in the Best Digital Transformation Implementation Collaboration category at the Digital Transformation & AI Awards 2025, recognised last year for its SAP-focused transformation practice that has supported client organisations through complex digital change programmes.

The firm earned its finalist position through its Shape the Future with Confidence framework, an end-to-end approach to SAP implementation that places collaboration at the centre of the transformation process.

The category specifically rewards organisations where an external partner and a client business worked in close alignment to deliver exceptional project results, with the collaboration having been executed or ongoing within the preceding 18 months.

EY Ireland's submission outlined how its teams embedded collaborative working practices into each stage of the transformation process, from initial planning through execution, drawing on cross-functional expertise to navigate implementation challenges and maintain momentum toward agreed objectives. The firm's approach positioned its people as active participants in the client's transformation rather than external contractors delivering to a brief.

The judges assessed entries against criteria spanning organisational background, depth of collaboration, execution quality, milestone delivery, and the measurable outcomes achieved for the organisation that underwent the transformation.

EY Ireland's shortlisting reflects the panel's view that its SAP-led delivery model produced demonstrable results through genuine partnership rather than conventional project management alone.
