Casting back to the Digital Transformation & AI Awards 2025, Qualitas Property Partners and Storm Technology were shortlisted for the Best Digital Transformation — Construction & Facilities Management Award, each recognised for demonstrating excellence and commitment to transforming their operations through the adoption of digital methodologies and technologies within Ireland's construction sector.

Qualitas Property Partners earned its place on the shortlist for a digital transformation strategy that addressed the specific operational demands of property and facilities management, putting forward evidence of how digitalisation had changed the way the organisation worked and delivered measurable improvements across its key projects and initiatives over the preceding 18 months.

Storm Technology was shortlisted for its work with Glenveagh Properties, a collaboration that brought digital transformation into one of Ireland's most active residential construction businesses. The submission detailed how Storm Technology's implementation expertise supported Glenveagh in adopting new technologies and digital processes, with the partnership producing outcomes that demonstrated both the quality of the implementation and the tangible benefits delivered to the construction organisation that underwent the change.

The Best Digital Transformation — Construction & Facilities Management category assessed entries on strategic clarity, implementation quality, the challenges navigated during delivery, and the measurable outcomes achieved across the organisation's projects and initiatives. Judges also examined the board-level commitment behind each transformation strategy and the evidence that digital adoption had produced lasting and demonstrable change rather than incremental adjustment.

The Digital Transformation and AI Awards took place on 19 June 2025 at Royal Marine Hotel, Dun Laoghaire.
