Best Use of AI in Education Award

This award celebrates outstanding AI-driven innovations that are transforming the education sector in Ireland. It recognises organisations that have implemented cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance learning outcomes, personalise education, increase accessibility, and introduce innovative teaching methodologies. The category highlights initiatives that have meaningfully advanced education, driven equity in learning, and benefited learners, educators, and institutions alike. The judges are particularly interested in understanding how AI has been integrated into your educational solutions and the tangible impact achieved over the past 12 months. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission; the judges will be looking for clear information backed up by evidence that pays particular attention to the criteria listed below.

• AI Strategy and Objectives: Describe your AI strategy and key goals, such as enhancing personalised learning, improving accessibility, or streamlining administrative tasks, and how these align with your organisational objectives.
• AI Solutions and Implementation: Detail the AI technologies or solutions you’ve implemented and where they are applied, such as adaptive learning platforms, automated grading, student engagement tracking, or curriculum design.
• Operational Integration: Explain how AI is embedded into daily educational practices and how it enhances decision-making or optimises processes.
• Innovation: Highlight unique or innovative AI applications that differentiate your organisation and advance teaching, learning, or education management.
• Business Impact: Provide measurable data showing the impact of AI on education, such as improved learning outcomes, increased accessibility, operational efficiency, or enhanced student engagement.
• Future AI Plans: Outline your future AI goals, including areas for expansion and how AI will continue driving growth and innovation.
