Digital Transformation Consultancy of the Year

This category is open to any consultancy firms specialising in digital transformation strategies, technologies, or implementation services that have successfully delivered transformative projects completed or substantially completed over the past 12 months. Entry is by a 5-page A4 PDF submission; the judges will be looking for a clear plan and evidence that it is delivering on core objectives, paying attention to the criteria listed below.

• Organisation Information: Provide details about your consultancy, including the year it was established, the number of employees, and the core skills and expertise of your team. Include information about your turnover for the past three years and how your staffing levels have evolved to meet market demands.
• Key Projects: Highlight the key digital transformation projects completed in the last 12 months. For each project, provide a brief description, outlining the services provided, project scale, costs, and why you believe the outcomes were exceptional.
• Challenges: Outline any significant challenges your consultancy faced in the past 12 months—whether in delivering projects or operating your business—and explain how these were successfully overcome.
• Highlights & Achievements: Describe why the past year has been remarkable for your organisation. If you have demonstrated particularly innovative approaches or introduced groundbreaking solutions, be sure to highlight these.
• Supporting Facts & Testimonials: Include any additional facts, data, or examples that support your entry. Provide testimonials from satisfied clients to validate your impact and credibility in the digital transformation space.
