At Gitex Global 2025 in Dubai, Dell Technologies showcased its efforts to drive AI adoption and digital transformation across public and private sectors in the Middle East. The company highlighted practical approaches to help organisations optimise processes, innovate, and manage data at scale.

Walid Yehia, managing director South Gulf at Dell, explained that Dell is focusing on AI solutions, multi-cloud architectures, edge computing, information security, and digital workplace innovation. “More data is being generated at the edge, and organisations need the right tools to handle it effectively,” he said.

To reinforce its regional strategy, Dell signed a memorandum of understanding with UAE-based Emcode Technology. The partnership will deliver AI-led workshops, training, consultancy, and sector-specific use-case development in healthcare, law enforcement, and public services. Jean-Luc Rouinvy, CEO of Emcode, described the collaboration as a way to redefine AI’s role in enabling faster and more efficient digital transformation.

Dell has already implemented AI-driven solutions such as virtual assistants in healthcare to support patient guidance and automated decision-making. The company is exploring agentic AI to automate business processes and accelerate operational transformation further.

Collaboration with governments underpins Dell’s approach, with engagement models designed to align technology solutions with public sector strategy and objectives. Yehia emphasised that the company provides platforms that allow organisations to innovate, design, and deploy digital solutions rapidly while generating measurable business outcomes.

By combining AI, cloud, and edge computing with practical implementation and strategic partnerships, Dell is enabling the Middle East to accelerate digital transformation and achieve tangible results across sectors.
