Deloitte Ireland has appointed Noelle Doody and Malcolm Barske as partners, strengthening expertise in artificial intelligence, data and cybersecurity as Irish organisations accelerate digital transformation and adopt emerging technologies, according to a Deloitte press release.

The appointments reflect Deloitte's continued investment in talent as organisations deploy generative AI, advanced analytics and cyber resilience frameworks. Both partners bring extensive experience delivering large-scale transformation programmes across multiple sectors.

Noelle Doody joins from Accenture, where she served as Ireland Data and AI Lead, bringing over two decades of experience in data, analytics and AI transformation. She previously held leadership positions in industry, notably utilities. At Deloitte, she will drive strategic growth and innovation within the AI and Data practice, collaborating with leadership teams to expand capabilities and deliver transformative client outcomes.

Malcolm Barske brings more than 25 years of technology consulting and cybersecurity experience, specialising in large-scale security transformation programmes. He has worked extensively across Ireland, the UK and South Africa, advising organisations in financial services, healthcare and the public sector. Malcolm will lead complex programmes spanning the full lifecycle of cybersecurity transformation, from strategy and architecture through deployment and optimisation.

Harry Goddard, CEO at Deloitte Ireland, said the timing aligns with Deloitte Ireland's integration into a single Deloitte EMEA firm. The move provides scale, capital and cohesion across 80 countries. Deloitte's €1.5 billion generative AI investment over four years enables organisations to scale faster, navigate regulatory complexity and compete in a fragmented global economy.

The appointments form part of Deloitte Ireland's broader strategy to expand leadership in AI, cybersecurity and digital transformation, ensuring clients access expertise, technology and global reach required for complex business challenges.

Deloitte operates in more than 150 countries with approximately 457,000 professionals globally and 3,000 in Ireland.
