Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) is deepening collaboration with Microsoft to embed artificial intelligence and cloud technologies at the core of its operations, reinforcing its ambition to become the world’s first AI-native utility.

The partnership will harness advanced analytics, cloud scalability and cybersecurity solutions to optimise grid resilience, enable predictive maintenance, improve demand forecasting and integrate renewable energy more efficiently. These efforts directly support Dubai’s Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and its Net Zero Carbon Emissions Strategy.

By aligning DEWA’s pioneering smart infrastructure with Microsoft’s global expertise in AI, cloud and cybersecurity, the collaboration aims to deliver operational excellence, elevate customer experience and strengthen Dubai’s role as a leader in sustainable digital economies.
