Belfast-based digital agency ProfileTree has marked its 1,000th business AI training engagement, reflecting rapid uptake of artificial intelligence among SMEs across the UK and Ireland.

The agency equips smaller businesses to implement AI and automation without enterprise-level budgets or infrastructure.

“There's a significant gap between what enterprise companies can access and what's available to smaller businesses,” said Ciaran Connolly, founder of ProfileTree. “SMEs need to achieve similar outcomes with a fraction of those resources. Delivered through in-person workshops, remote sessions, and group programmes, the training serves a diverse client base including professional services, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. Each programme incorporates sector-specific examples to ensure immediate business impact.

Connolly said: “Separating the training into its own platform allows us to develop education programmes more systematically. Businesses can engage with structured courses at their own pace, while still having access to hands-on support when they need it.”
