Haleon, a UK-headquartered global consumer health company, has announced it will adopt SAP Business Suite to enhance its enterprise digital infrastructure and advance AI capabilities across its worldwide business. The agreement marks a significant milestone in Haleon's ongoing transformation, with the technology set to standardise and simplify critical processes across the company's global operations.
SAP News Center reported that SAP Business Suite will integrate core processes across finance, supply chain, HR and sales into a single connected system, replacing fragmented workflows with real-time data visibility across markets. The platform will also support agentic AI capabilities, enabling intelligent systems to identify issues and recommend actions across key business processes.
Haleon plans to adopt SAP Cloud ERP applications with embedded AI and deploy SAP Business Data Cloud to harmonise SAP and third-party data into a single governed source of truth. The transition from Haleon's current SAP ERP Central Component platform is scheduled to begin later in 2026.
Claire Dickson, Haleon's chief digital and technology officer, said: "Our latest partnership with SAP is another important step in our journey to becoming a world-class consumer company. It will revolutionise how we operate, with AI-enabled systems driving faster, simpler, more integrated ways of working."
Peter Maier, SAP's senior vice president for strategic customer engagements, said: "AI outcomes depend on connected processes and trusted data. With SAP Business Suite, Haleon is building an AI-ready foundation that embeds intelligence across the enterprise, helping simplify operations, improve resilience and scale innovation."
Haleon, known for brands including Sensodyne, Panadol and Voltaren, was spun out of GSK in July 2022 and operates across more than 100 markets globally.
