Judges praised CARA as a standout example of AI delivering tangible, real-world impact. By reading claims, extracting key facts, and routing tasks efficiently, CARA has shortened processing times from days to hours. 

“With clear metrics and a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction, this is an impressive and effective AI implementation transforming claims management,” the panel noted.

With trailblazing initiatives like CARA setting a high bar, attention now turns to what transformations will the Digital Transformation & AI Awards bring next year, celebrating Ireland’s leading innovators in technology and digital excellence. 

Key awards also include Overall Best Digital Transformation, Digital Transformation & AI Leader, Best Sustainable Digital Transformation, Transformation Team of the Year, Best Customer Experience Impact, and Best Sales & Marketing Impact, highlighting the innovation and leadership driving Ireland’s digital economy forward.
