US-based KMS Technology has acquired Addepto, a Poland-based AI and data consulting firm, in a strategic move to strengthen its industrial AI capabilities and deliver production-ready, AI-driven solutions at global scale.

The deal combines Addepto’s deep expertise in industrial AI with KMS’s established international digital engineering network, targeting enterprise clients across Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific (APAC).

“Joining KMS Technology gives us the reach, resources, and global platform to scale faster than ever before — while staying true to our roots as an innovation-driven AI company,” said Artur Haponik, CEO and Co-Founder of Addepto. “Together with KMS, we can bring even more value to our clients through stronger delivery capabilities, access to global resources, and an expanded portfolio of solutions.”

Addepto, founded in 2018, has served major clients including BMW and Rolls-Royce, delivering tailored AI and data engineering solutions that enhance operational performance and business outcomes. Its 70-strong team specialises in AI modelling, data architecture, and machine learning operations.

KMS, operating for over a decade with more than 1,100 professionals worldwide, combines digital engineering and AI-native development to accelerate enterprise innovation.

Leo Tucker, CEO of KMS Technology, said, “By combining KMS Technology’s digital engineering capabilities with Addepto’s advanced AI and data solutions and strong market presence, we are even better positioned to help clients accelerate digital transformation and create greater business impact worldwide, with an expanding direct presence across Europe, the Americas, and APAC.”

The acquisition aims to create an integrated AI-first service model where software engineering and AI are embedded throughout the product lifecycle.
