The Life Sciences Industry Conference 2026 has announced seven new speakers for its AI focused manufacturing agenda, adding senior expertise across operations, quality, risk, research and development, biobanking and molecular modelling.

James Murphy, Chief Operating Officer at Eirgen Pharma, brings more than 20 years of experience across Terumo, Cook Medical and Boston Scientific. Having joined Eirgen Pharma as Head of Engineering in 2021, Murphy now oversees manufacturing, supply chain, engineering and operational excellence.

Alice Redmond, Chief Risk & Quality Officer at CAI, brings more than 25 years of experience in regulatory compliance, commissioning, qualification and validation across pharma and biotech. Her expertise includes aseptic processing, biotech products and medical devices, with a focus on risk based approaches informed by FDA and ICH guidance.

Matt Moran, CEO of Matt Moran Consulting and former Director of BioPharmaChem Ireland at Ibec, brings three decades of life sciences and pharmaceutical industry experience. Moran founded and led BioPharmaChem Ireland before becoming an independent consultant and advisor to Innoglobal and Innopharma.

Dinny Crowe, Vice President of Operations for Ireland at ABM, brings more than 30 years of facilities management experience to the programme. Since joining ABM in 2025, Crowe has focused on operations and service innovation across manufacturing, pharma, data centre and healthcare clients.

Araz Raoof, Executive Director at ARC Hub for Therapeutics, brings three decades of biopharmaceutical R&D experience, including senior roles at Ferring Research Institute and Janssen. His career includes four product approvals and more than 80 projects progressed to development.

Ger McCabe, Managing Director and Co Owner of Biostor Ireland, will address trust in AI through governance, validation and transparency within regulated life sciences organisations. Prof Damien Thompson of the University of Limerick brings expertise in computational molecular modelling and advanced materials.

Previously announced speakers include Trevor Marshall of Cognizant and Colm Bambury of Amgen, while William Fahey, Data Science Lead at Pfizer, has been named keynote speaker. The conference takes place on 22 October in Dublin and will examine responsible AI, scaling AI, workforce readiness and AI ready manufacturing.
