The Life Sciences Industry Conference 2026 will examine how artificial intelligence and digital transformation can reshape pharmaceutical manufacturing, bringing industry leaders together to explore the technologies, strategies and organisational changes required to build AI ready manufacturing sites.
Taking place on Thursday, 22 October 2026, at the Crowne Plaza, Santry, Dublin, the leaders conference will focus on the practical challenges of moving AI from experimentation into regulated production environments.
The event will centre on four themes designed to address different stages of digital transformation, from establishing trust in AI systems to developing the people, infrastructure and strategy needed for enterprise adoption.
The first theme, Trust, Governance & Responsible AI, will examine governance, regulation, data quality, cybersecurity, validation and accountability as manufacturers consider how to adopt emerging technologies without compromising compliance.
The second theme, Scaling AI — Pilot to Production, will focus on one of the central challenges facing businesses pursuing digital transformation, examining the data foundations, systems integration, change management and return on investment required to move successful AI projects beyond pilot stages.
The third theme, People, Skills & Organisational Change, will address the workforce implications of AI innovation, recognising that digital transformation depends not only on new technology but also on developing skills and preparing employees to work alongside increasingly sophisticated systems.
The fourth theme, The AI Ready Enterprise, will take a broader digital strategy perspective, considering investment priorities, competitive advantage and the characteristics of an AI ready manufacturing organisation over the next five years.
Each theme will combine a 15 minute presentation with a 45 minute panel discussion, creating a format focused on practical challenges facing regulated manufacturers rather than technology trends alone.
The conference will bring together professionals from Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices and Biotech, alongside leaders in operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, commercial functions and people and talent.
