Ergo, an Ireland-headquartered IT business with operations in Belfast, has been acquired by Presidio, a US-based global technology services group as reported by Belfast News Letter, marking a significant milestone in Presidio’s European expansion strategy.

Founded in 1993, Ergo is recognised as an Azure Expert Managed Services Partner and was named Ireland’s Microsoft Azure Partner of the Year. The acquisition combines the two firms’ complementary capabilities, enhancing Presidio’s ability to deliver end-to-end digital transformation solutions.

The integration will leverage Ergo’s expertise in cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services with Presidio’s global technology portfolio.
