Japanese technology firm Ricoh has acquired ET Group, a Canadian workplace technology and collaboration integrator, strengthening its position as an end-to-end workplace services provider across North America, the company announced on 3 February 2026.

The Japanese technology firm's Canadian subsidiary completed the acquisition to expand digital services capabilities, particularly in audiovisual engineering and hybrid meeting solutions. Toronto-based ET Group will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Ricoh Canada Inc.

The acquisition integrates ET Group's expertise in enterprise-grade audiovisual design, hybrid collaboration environments and managed digital workplace services. ET Group maintains a strong presence in government and regulated sectors, complementing Ricoh's existing footprint with large enterprises and public institutions across Canada.
