Canada-based Tru Creative Agency has partnered with NEWH, a US-founded global hospitality nonprofit, to deliver a full digital transformation and organisational rebrand, according to a GlobeNewswire release.
The initiative centres on modernising digital infrastructure and improving global member engagement.
The engagement includes a comprehensive brand refresh, a new global website, and the rollout of an integrated membership platform scheduled for public launch in spring 2026. The platform is designed to support NEWH’s international community by aligning chapters, improving accessibility, and streamlining communication across regions.
Founded in 1984, NEWH has evolved from a network supporting women in hospitality into a global organisation spanning students, professionals, and industry stakeholders. The transformation project aims to align its digital presence with this expanded scope and scale.
Tru Creative Agency, a strategy-led marketing and branding firm, will focus on restructuring NEWH’s digital ecosystem to support long-term growth. The work includes refining brand identity, voice, and platform architecture to improve usability and clarity for members worldwide.
Tara Witt, Creative Director of Tru Creative Agency, stated that the project focuses on aligning the organisation’s brand and infrastructure with its current scale and future direction. She also noted that governance considerations led to her stepping back from active membership to ensure objectivity and accountability in execution.
At the operational level, collaboration with NEWH’s communications leadership will guide the rollout of a unified digital presence. The initiative prioritises structural improvements rather than surface-level changes, with emphasis on scalability and member experience.
The transformation reflects a broader trend among global networks investing in digital platforms to manage distributed communities, improve engagement, and support organisational growth through technology-driven systems.
